Leasing for busy apartment community
- Obtain and secure all necessary paperwork required to secure a lease
- Enter applications for background screening
- Walk the property to maintain curb appeal
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are necessary
- Attention to detail, planning and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task is a MUST
- Excellent service in a fast paced environment
- Good attendance is a MUST
- Transportation and a valid drivers license is required
- Have 2 years previous leasing and/or site/property management experience
- Fair Housing experience required
